Terms of Service
Last updated: [DATE]
These Terms govern your use of thehallofbrands.com (the "Site"), operated by Kotla Pavan Kumar, trading as Hall of Brands ("we", "us"), registered at Sankarapuram, Kadapa, 516002. By buying a block on the Site, you agree to these Terms.
What we sell
The Site sells a fixed 200×200 grid of 40,000 individually numbered advertising "blocks." Buying a block gives you a permanent, non-exclusive right to display your uploaded image and a link to your website on that block, for as long as the Site remains operational. It does not transfer any ownership of the Site itself, any intellectual property in the Site's design, or any guarantee of traffic, visibility, or business results.
Reservations
Selecting blocks and starting checkout reserves them for 15 minutes. If payment isn't completed within that window, the reservation expires and the blocks become available to other buyers again.
Content rules
You're responsible for the image, link, and hover text you submit. We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or replace any block content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience — without a refund in cases of a genuine policy violation.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay (for buyers in India) or PayPal (for buyers outside India). We do not store your card or payment details — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability
We aim to keep the Site and every purchased block online indefinitely, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability (hosting outages, domain issues, etc. can happen). We're not liable for losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here is the current one.
