When you buy a block, we collect: your brand name, website link, email address, the image you upload, and optional hover text. This is the information displayed on your block and used to contact you about your order.

Payment data

Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay (India) or PayPal (international) — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. Those providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment information.

How we use your data

We use the information you submit to display your block, contact you about your order (e.g. payment confirmation, an issue with your uploaded image), and keep basic records for accounting purposes. We don't sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

Your block's brand name, link, and image stay live on the Site for as long as your block remains active. Order records (email, amount paid) are kept for accounting and legal compliance purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us to correct your block's details (brand name, link, image) at any time — see Terms for how blocks can be edited. To ask about, correct, or delete other personal data we hold about you, contact us at contact@thehallofbrands.com.

Cookies & analytics

The Site uses a client-side IP lookup to guess your country (to show prices in ₹ or $) — this doesn't set a cookie or track you across visits, it's a single request made each time you load the page.

The Site also uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (which pages are viewed, roughly how many people visit, general location/device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and may track your activity across visits to this Site. It does not receive your name, email, or anything you submit in the checkout form — only anonymized usage data. You can opt out using a browser extension like Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's cookie-blocking settings.
